Erden Villas are composed of two blocks, which are Block A and Block B. In each one of the blocks, there are two semi-detached duplex houses, which are respectively A1-A2 and B1-B2. The total area of the land on which the houses are located is 727 m2.The closed area of each house is 118 m2 in total, composed of 56 m2 on the first floor and 62 m2 on the second floor. Moreover, with a terrace of 25 m2 on the ground floor and a balcony of 5 m2 on the first floor, the gross area of each duplex house is 148 m2. The ground floor has one salon, one kitchen, one WC and a cellar. House entrances are made of glass panels embedded in 120 cm x 180 cm size-PVC joinery. There are three rooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

House foundations are insulated against water and moisture.
High dosage C25-type concrete manufactured by Betonsa company is used in houses.
They are built in line with the new regulation on earthquake and inspected by ?arel Building Inspection.
Local heating units, and in addition to this, central heating units are installed in the houses. House owners can choose any heating method without any need for dilapidation works within the houses.
Inside walls and ceilings of all rooms in the houses are coated with satin plaster.
Plaster molding is made in all houses.
Window sills and balcony parapets of the houses are made of granite.
Inside stairs of the houses are coated with granite.
Salons on the ground floor and three rooms on the upper floor are covered with laminated parquet.
Entrance halls, kitchens, terraces and balconies are covered with first class porcelain tiles of Ege Seramik. Click for details
